Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
