Geographical distances: Balaton Airport Sármellék 12 Km Budapest - Ferihegy Airport 230 Km Budapest 200 Km Vienna 180 Km Graz 170 Km If you come by car from Budapest choose the motorway M7 to the direction Keszthely and than Hévíz. From Vienna choose the route 84 to the direction Sárvár - Sümeg - (Lake) Balaton - Keszthely - Hévíz. By train from Budapest: with Intercity to Keszthely, from Keszthely take a taxi to Hévíz or a bus from the railway station of Keszthely.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 14 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
