From Dublin: - Take the N4 via Mullingar to Longford. - In Longford take the N5 via Strokestown to Frenchpark, then Ballaghadereen, then Charlestown, then Swinford. - In Swinford take the N26 via Foxford to Ballina. From Knock Airport: - Take the N17 to Charlestown. - Next take N5 to Swinford and then the N26 to Ballina. From Belfast: - Take the M1 until you reach the A4. - Take the A4 via Enniskillen until you reach the N16. - Take the N16 via Manorhamilton to Sligo. - In Sligo take the N17 via Ballisodare. - In Ballisodare take the N59 via Dromore West to Ballina. From Cork: - Take the N20 via Mallow to Rath Luirc (Charleville) then onto Croom and Limerick. - In Limerick, take the N18 via Ennis to Gort then Oranmore then Galway. - Take the N17 via Tuam Claremorris to Knock then Charlestown. - Then take the N5 to Swinford and then the N57 to Foxford, then Ballina. From Shannon: - At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the R472. - At Shannon town roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the N19. - At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit and merge onto the N18 via Ennis, Gort, Oranmore and Claregalway. - In Claregalway, take the N17 via Tuam, Claremorris, Knock and Charlestown. - In Charlestown, take the N5 to Swinford. - In Swinford, take the N26 to Foxford then Ballina. On entering Ballina from Dublin, Knock Airport, Cork and Shannon, please proceed into Ballina town until you reach the 2nd set of traffic lights. Turn right and proceed through another set of traffic lights and the hotel is located approximately 30 metres further on your right. On entering Ballina from Sligo or Belfast, proceed until you pass the cathedral on your left, turn right across the bridge and take the 1st left. The hotel is situated on the corner of the bridge on Barrett Street.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
