Please note that in exceptional circumstances Breaffy House Hotel reserves the right to transfer bookings from Breaffy House Hotel to Breaffy Woods Hotel. Should a transfer be necessary, guests will be contacted prior to arrival. The Breaffy Spa is presently undergoing an extensive upgrade to offer treatments in luxurious surroundings. It will re-open in March 2009.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
