By Car:
- From Dublin (3 hours 36 minutes/161 miles), follow signs for the South out of Dublin via the N7.
- If travelling via the M50, follow signs marked South.
- At the M50 junction, take the 2nd exit off of the roundabout to the N7, signposted for the South.
- Travel straight through on the M7. signs will indicate Cork and Limerick.
- After Ballybrittas, there will be exit signs off of the M7 for Cork.
- Take the N8 off of the M7 to Cork.
- Travel through Abbeyleix, Durrow, New Inn, Johnstown, Urlingford, Horse and Jockey.
- The N8 will bring you into Cork.
- At Dunkettle Roundabout, entering Cork, take the 2nd exit off of the N25 (signposted West Cork, Ringaskiddy).
- Travel through Jack Lynch Tunnel.
- Keep travelling straight until Kinsale Roundabout.
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit for the N27, signposted Kinsale, Airport.
- At Airport Road Roundabout, take the 3rd exit.
When travelling into Cork from other regions, take the directional signs for the South Ring Route upon entering the city. This road network will bring you through a series of roundabouts, which clearly lead to the airport.
