Travel information

From City Centre: (aircoach stops outside) From O'Connell Street:Trinity College, Nassau Street, Kildare Street, turn left into Merrion Row. Continue down Baggot Street and turn right into Pembroke Street. Take your first Left into Leeson Street. Proceed over the bridge and the Guest House is on the corner on your right hand side. An airport shuttle is available from the front of the house.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged EUR 30 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
