Cusack’s at the Mercer Hotel is a relaxing restaurant with a sophisticated decor. It serves good food at a great price. The resident chef’s menu relies on the freshest seasonal produce. Cusack’s also serves a wide variety of drinks; from new and Old World wines to speciality coffees. Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:30 to 14:30. An ‘early bird’ dinner is available from 18:30 to 19:00, and the normal evening dining hours are from 18:00 to 21:30 (closed Sundays).

Travel information

From Dublin Airport: Taxis are available outside the Arrivals terminal. By Aircoach: Take the Aircoach to the Dawson Street stop. Walk from the top of Dawson Street and turn right to the St.Stephen’s Green Centre. Continue straight on, keeping the centre on your left and the Gaiety Theatre on your right. At the bottom of the street, turn left. Continue straight ahead, where you will see the hotel. By Dublin Bus: The closest stop is on Whitefriar Street. Turn left at the Swan Bar, and continue straight ahead to the hotel. Please note that the exact fare is needed.

When you stay in the Mercer Hotel you will be within walking distance of most of Dublin’s top attractions, including: The Gaiety Theatre (the oldest theatre in Dublin); St. Stephens Green Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll; and St. Stephens Green shopping centre, the city’s busiest shopping area. All of these attractions are within a 3-minute walk of the hotel. Temple Bar and Dublin’s cultural quarter are about a 10-minute walk away, while the world famous Guinness Storehouse is a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
