As Your Home From Home is not a hotel, it does not have a reception. Instead it provides 24-hour support, should you need it, and an office, open daily from 08:00 to 18:00, where you can speak directly to reservations and accommodations support. To ensure you have an enjoyable stay, it is important that you contact the apartments in advance of your arrival with your arrival time. This will allow them to plan for your arrival and show you to your apartment. The main office is located at The Moorings, Fitzwilliam Quay and there are 3 other apartment locations, all within a few minutes’ walk. A courtesy car is on site to assist you on arrival. Please note that the apartments do not accept Stag or Hen parties. Your Home From Home Apartments reserve the right to refuse entry.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

50% percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 50% percent of the total amount will be charged at least 7-10 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

There is no meal option with this hotel.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
