Cancellation policy

Cancellations made up to 2 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival or no-shows, the total amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided. The number of days is always calculated based upon GMT time zone (Greenwich Mean Time). Furthermore, 18:00 GMT is the hour which determines the end of a day. Example: On 10 January, you could cancel your reservation for 12 January without any charges, as long as you cancel it prior to 18:00 GMT at the latest. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

Minotel offers free accommodation and breakfast for one child under 12 years old when sharing a room with 2 paying adults. Other meals are to be paid at the hotel directly. In such a case, you should book a double or twin room and add a comment in the "comment box" for an extra bed for a child under 12, and not book a triple room. 2 children under 12, travelling with paying adults (no matter if the adults are staying in a single, double or triple room), will be accommodated in a twin room and pay the price of a double room for single occupancy.
