Area information Ballyheigue (0 km) - Ballyheigue is famous for its 'blue flag' sandy beach. The beautiful Banna Strand is also nearby. Tralee (30 km) - Tralee is home to the Kerry County Museum, the 'Kerry the Kingdom' theme park and the Siamsa Tire folklore theatre. It also has a multiplex cinema and the Aqua Dome swimming complex. Dingle (50 km) - The nearby Dingle Peninsula has spectacularly rugged scenery. Dingle town is a charming mix of brightly painted craft shops, cafes and restaurants and it is from here that you can catch a boat to see Fungie the dolphin.
