the villa offers the possibility to quickly reach the main historical
and artistic sites: Florence, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano, Assisi,
Gubbio are at a short driving distance.
DESCRIPTION
Villa de’ Michelangioli is an old country residence, skilfully
restored and transformed into an exclusive private Villa. A 4 acres
park, with Italian style garden and olive trees, surrounds the property.
All original features have been
maintained, brick floors, stone windows and doorways, chestnut beams and
brick ceiling have been reconstructed using the house original
materials.
Period
furnishing and rich fabrics, attention to details and enhance the
elegant and exclusive atmosphere.
The Villa is composed of 9 rooms, all
with bathroom: 2 suites with living-room, fire place and Jacuzzi
hydromassage, 1 suite with fireplace and shower, 4 doubles (1 has
Jacuzzi hydromassage), 1 mansard double room and 1 extra room at ground
floor.
All rooms are equipped with :
- satellite TV;
- safe;
- airconditioning /heating
individually adjustable in all rooms;
- fridge;
- hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES
stereo/cd; lift; laundry with iron; fully equipped professional
kitchen; indoor heated swimming pool, with whirlpool, swimming against
current and sauna (extra payment); outdoor swimming pool, with
breathtaking view on the surrounding countryside; barbecue.
Nearby there is the possibility to enjoy
with golf, horseback riding, tennis, cooking courses.
EXTRAS TO BE PAID ON SITE
final cleaning Euro 25,00/person (mandatory) minimum Euro 250;
heating/airconditioning on consumption; maid service for daily cleaning
17,00 Euro/hour (to reserve in advance); phone/internet; use of indoor
pool and sauna Euro 300,00 per week (to reserve in advance); towel
for swimming pool: Euro 5,00 each.
Included in the price : water,
electricity, gas for cooking, linen and bathroom towels (1 change per
week – extra change during the week Euro 20,00 each).
DEPOSIT
Euro 1000,00 to be paid cash on delivery of the keys. The owner or
his charged has the right to forbid the entrance of the guests, if the
deposit has not been paid. The deposit will be returned back to the
customers at departure (after the check of the property). If the guests
leave the villa in advance or during the night, the deposit will be hold
and returned back after the departure. If the damages founded inside or
outside the villa are not immediately quantifiable when the guests
leave, the deposit will be hold and returned back after the departure,
after having hold the amount of the damage.

The arrival time has to be communicated
at least 2 days before. For organizational reasons we need to know, at
the moment of the booking or at least 2 weeks before the arrival, the
composition of the group and the rooming list. Otherwise the rooms will
be prepared as standard and Euro 60,00 for each extra bed or cot will be
debited. Maid and cooking personnel are available only if reserved in
advance.
Extra services, except the rent of the
villa and cleaning of the same, will not been supplied and the owner
will not have responsibility for other required services. Every contest
pertinent to extra service (i.e.: cooking) must be solved by your agency
with the customer.
Domestic pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following penalty must be paid for the cancellation of a
reservation :
-30% of the total price of the reservation for cancellation communicated
before 60 days from the beginning of the stay; -60% of the total price
of the reservation for cancellation communicated between 59th and 30th
days from the beginning of the stay; -80% of the total price of the
reservation for cancellation communicated between 29th and 15th days
from the beginning of the stay; -100% of the total price of the
reservation for cancellation communicated within 14 days from the
beginning of the stay.
MAINTENANCE
If necessary, the owner or his charged has the right to enter in the
property for the essential maintenance operations (i.e. garden, swimming
pool, etc…)
