The complex, situated in a quiet position, a hundred metres from the
center of Lipari, and 300 metres from the beach of Portinente, is made up
a group of small villas built in the islands typical architecture. The
apartments furnished, have a small garden and covered patios and can
accommodate up to five person.
APARTMENTS :
The 20 apartments are composed of: terrace, patios, bathroom with shower,
hot and cold water, cooking zone with fridge, TV satellite system, air
conditioning, heating, telephone and safe.
SERVICES :
Bar, breakfast room. Transfer port /hotel and viceversa on request. We
accept all kind of Credit Card except AMERICAN EXPRESS.

At 300 metres Baia Pertinente beach.
HOW TO ARRIVE :
The islands can be reached from Catania, Napoli, Palermo and Reggio
Calabria airports; by sea, by hydrofoil from the ports of Napoli, Messina,
Milazzo, Palermo and Reggio Calabria and by ferry by the port of Napoli
and Milazzo.
TRAVEL TIME :
Napoli: 4 hours by hydrofoil - 9 hours by ferry Messina: 1,30 hours by
hydrofoil Milazzo: 1 hour by hydrofoil- 2 hours by ferry Palermo: 3 hours
by hydrofoil Reggio Calabria: 2 hours by hydrofoil
Half board meals will be served a la carte
at our "Filippino" or "E Pulera" Restaurants.
