Located on top of a hill at about 3 km from the historical centre of Spoleto, in a splendid position overlooking the town and Assisi Valley, surrounded by 8 hectares of natural meadows and woods, VILLA MILANI has been accurately restored by Giovanna Milani and Luigi Capobianchi and it has been transformed into a refined hotel. 

It offers an inviting atmosphere with its original unaltered characteristics, while keeping in mind the utmost in comfort, quality and hospitality. 
Built in 1880, the Villa was the country residence of Architect Giovanni Battista Milani, who was an important figure in Roman architecture of the early 1900's. 

Under his guidance the Villa was enlarged and furnished according to the Classical-Renaissance norms of the era, rich in decor and with the refined touch of antique art.
 In 1999 Villa Milani was granted the title "Residenza d'Epoca (historical building)". 

Its eleven rooms with romantic names of Constellations are decorated with period antique. 

There is a peculiar living room by eclectic style, a nice Italian garden with ruins from Roman and Renaissance periods, a panoramic Italian garden, a suggestive swimming pool with hydro-massage in it and a park with paths through meadows adorned with wild flower, olive groves and oak trees.
