The restaurant, brasserie, lounge and bars offer guests a choice of Mediterranean, Maltese and continental cuisine and beverages, in either formal or informal settings. Dining at the Phoenix Restaurant offers fine dining with international, Mediterranean and local influences. Pegasus Brasserie offers a casual setting for a more informal dining experience, with French and Mediterranean cuisine. The Club Bar is the place to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail on the veranda, or after dinner to savour a fine brandy and an aromatic cigar, smoked in the comfort of an authentic colonial atmosphere with soft background music. The Pegasus Brassiere is currently closed for re-furbishing and will re-open on the 17th December 2007

Travel information

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs MTL 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
