The Maria is housed in an early 20th-century tenement, situated about 10 minutes’ walk from the Main Railway Station. With bus and tram stops just across the street, guests can easily access all parts of the city. Guests of Guest Rooms Maria have access to a common dining room, equipped with a refrigerator, kettle and kitchen utensils. A varied breakfast can be enjoyed there. At an additional cost, the staff of Guest Rooms Maria can organise transfers from the Balice Airport and trips to the Wieliczka Salt Mine or Zakopane.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs PLN 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 98.50 per night per person for extra beds.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
