Travel information

By Public Transport: From the central railway station 1 km south west of the hotel, take tram number 3, 13, 19, 10 or 24. Exit at the next stop opposite the post office. Turn left into Wielopole St, the hotel is the 2nd building on the left. Krakow’s international airport Balice is 15 km south east of the hotel and a 25 minute taxi ride away.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
