The room is decorated in the classic Baroque style. We have chosen to have pastel shades throughhout the hotel. The room is very peaceful and relaxing.

Hotel is perfectly prepared for conferences, business meeting and training. There are two comfortable conference rooms - the Amadeus Room for 46 people and the Club Room for 12 people. Both of these rooms have modern conference equipment. The hotel also has a fitness room and a relaxing sauna.

In the hotel cellars is Amadeus Restaurant where you can enjoy an extensive range of European cuisines. The restaurant has a number of frescoes, columns and paintings. The elegant decoration, cosy interiors, friendly and professional service will help you enjoy your meal. The head chef is a holder of many awards. On the ground floor is the bar and cafe. A wide range of beverages means you can taste famous polish herbal liqueurs.

Area information

The hotel is located in the city centre of Krakow, near to the Old Market Square. Rooms have a view of Cracovian side streets.

Travel information

From the main railway station head toward Market Square. It takes 10 minutes. The hotel is on the corner of Mikołajska and Św. Krzyża streets. From the airport it is best to take a taxi. It takes around 30 minutes.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 70.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
