Area information

Hotel Jan is located at 11 Grodzka Street, only a couple of metres away from The Market Square (Rynek Główny), the heart of Old Cracow. From there you are close to everything! A few minutes' walk is enough to get to all the most excellent sights in our city: the Royal Castle of Wawel, the Jagiellonian University, theatres, museums, galleries, shops dealing in antiques and other stores. You need about ten minutes to walk to the main train station and the bus station.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
