The hotel restaurant, Rotisseria, serves authentic, Polish cuisine with seasonal influences. Its vaulted ceilings, soft lighting and friendly service creates an ideal place for a business lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends. Hotel guests receive a 15% discount on meals (does not include drinks). Opening hours: 13:00-22:00 (until 23:00 in high season). The hotel bar is a popular meeting place where you can enjoy your favourite drink or a cup of coffee. Open from 18:00 until the last guest leaves.

Travel information

If you arrive by car, the most convenient access is via Krupnicza Street from Mickiewicz Avenue. The hotel is 1.5 km from the main railway station, approx. 6 minutes by bus on lines 192, 152, 124, 501 or tram lines 4, 14, 15, 2 (in the direction of Bronowice). The hotel is 17 km from the airport in Balice. From there you can take bus 208 or 192.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 1.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
