The reception is open from 10:00 until 17:00. Should you arrive after 17:00, please contact Kazimierz Apartments prior to arrival. A late arrival fee will apply to those checking in after 22:00. At check-in you will be asked to fill out a registration form and settle the payment. You will also need to provide your credit card details or leave a EUR 150 refundable deposit to secure the apartment during your stay. Please note that a surcharge applies for credit card payments. Bookings for more than 2 apartments require a 30% prepayment (by authorising credit card or by bank transfer). We will contact you to settle the prepayment. This amount will not be refunded in case of a no-show or cancellation. Please note that the ApartmentsApart occupies a 3-storey building with no lift.

The hotel is perfectly located just on the edge of the Kazimierz district, yet very close to the old town with all of its attractions.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
