The hotel offers single and twin rooms, all with private facilities. The hotel's restaurant serves local, regional and international dishes and we have a fully stocked bar. Our guests can use our luggage room. During your free time we invite you to our little art Gallery. In the same building there is a Casino and a bank. There is also a guarded car park available for coaches and private cars next to the hotel at EUR 11 per 24 hours. There are extensive facilities for guests and companies wishing to hold conferences or seminars - there are up to 80 places in three different halls: - Zloty Róg (80), - Legenda (45) - Lajkonik (25). The hotel’s highly trained, professional and friendly personnel are always on hand to offer friendly advice and attend to your every comfort. Guests are also encouraged to make full use of the Business Office which has space for up to five people.

It is a modern, large and comfortable restaurant that offers up to 120 places for guests wishing to taste a range of Polish and European dishes. The buffet breakfast is served here as well as dinners for parties, receptions and other events. A bar in the hall completes the gastronomic offer of the hotel. The restaurant also offers lunches and coffee breaks for those wishing to hold a seminar or conference at the hotel conference facilities.

The hotel is fully accessible for wheelchairs. Wheelchair accessible hotel room (with adequate bathroom) is available.

Travel information

By car: Follow the signs to the city centre CENTRUM. Once in the city, look out for the POCZTA GŁÓWNA (main post office). The hotel is located on the Ulica Westerplatte Street, between the railway station (DWORZEC GŁÓWNY KRAKÓW) and the post office. To the main railway station (DWORZEC GŁÓWNY KRAKÓW) it is only 0.75 KM - 10 minutes by foot. By Radio taxi it takes 3 minutes- EUR 3-4. Kraków is mostly closed for cars, although there is a cycle network. Medieval streets are best explored on foot, 0.25 - 1.5 km from our hotel.

Area information

Our hotel is situated in the centre of Krakow next to Planty, the wonderful park which surrounds the Old Town. We are a mere 5 minutes walk from the main market square, 10 minutes from the main train station and approximately 20 minutes walk from Kazimierz, the former Jewish district, famous for its pubs and romantic cafes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 38.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
