Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 104 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged PLN 20 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged PLN 84 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
