Area information

Racibórz is a 1000 year old town which in the early Middle Ages was used to defend the crossing of the Odra River. In the 12th century it was the residence of the castellany and the capital of the Piast duchy. Nowadays Racibórz is a Poviat town situated on the south-western border of the Silesian Voivodeship.
