Travel information

You can arrive at the hotel taking tram lines 7, 15 or 40 at the stop directly at the main entrance of the Katowice railway station. Or take tram line 23 and 14 from the centre for one stop in the direction Zawodzie. You can get bus no. 673 from the bus station in the city center. Our guest who come by car can park their cars in our free supervised parking lot.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
