Willa Borgosz"Borgosz" Boarding House is located in the upper part of Zakopane (nearby Koziniec and Bystre). The most popular hiking tracks are in the vicinity of "Borgosz" enabling our guests to rest in active way. Nearby there is a Sports Centre with its facilities: swimming pool, tennis court, ski rentals which may be of great interest to our guests. We are located not far away from the town centre - a 15 - minute walk.

Area information

Only 10 minute's walk from the Willa are tennis courts of the Zakopane Sports School, and only about 10 or 15 minute's walk some of the most popular skiing slopes: Mount Nosal, Koziniec oraz Olcza Ugory. All of these have ski rentals, and there is also a professional ski school at the foot of Mount Nosal.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
