If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
