- New Year's parties are not allowed in the apartments or any area of the complex. - Upon arrival, a refundable damage deposit will be charged. This deposit will be refunded after the apartment has been checked at check-out. Cleaning services: 3 days a week; Linen change: once a week; Towel change: twice a week. Please note that the apartments do not have a strict condition for smoking or non-smoking accommodations.
Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 9 per hour.
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets are not allowed.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 15 will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Breakfast costs EUR 7 per person per night.
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
