Ana´s Cottage is a cosy and affordable bed & breakfast guest house in Cascais, a wonderful beach town near Lisbon. It is set in a quiet, residential quarter, a few kilometres from the city centre and the sea. With two houses and high quality service, we offer a very familiar environment where our small groups of guests can gather around the table for breakfast.

Address Rua D Diogo de Meneses, 52 2750-562 Cascais (Lisboa)		Travel information If you are coming from Cascais downtown ask for the shopping "Cascais Villa". Then, with Cascais Villa at your left, take the right roadway and after an abrupt left turn you turn right on the traffic lights and right again, direction "Parque Av. 25 de Abril", before the second traffic lights. You are now on the street named "Rua José Florindo". You go straight, all the way, till the fork in the road. Now you take the right street (named "Rua de Sant'Ana"). Our street is the 3rd on your left on that street
Area information We are in a quiet residential quarter, about 2,5 Km from downtown and the sea. There is one restaurant about 200 meters from one of the houses and another about the same distance of the other house. Both houses have bus stops very near.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
