Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs EUR 20 per person per night.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 5 years is charged EUR 10 per night in an extra bed. One child from 6 to 11 years is charged EUR 19.50 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
