Rooms

The original building, overlooking the main square, has got a double bedroom on the top floor, from where you can see the banks of the Zezere River. Each of the other 2 floors has got 2 twin bedrooms (one of them with extra bed) and one suite with large bed and sitting-room with sofa bed. The decor and furniture is a combination of old and new. The 2nd building, 10 metres away, has got 2 floors, each one with 3 double rooms.

Travel information

How to get here Take A1 highway (Lisboa-Porto). Collect the ticket from machine. At KM 98 take the direction TORRES NOVAS/ABRANTES. Pay the toll. Here starts A23 highway. There is no toll. Leave it at Km 24, when you see the sign CONSTANCIA-OESTE. Follow the direction to Constancia. Overpass the Zeree Bridge. At its end, turn immediatly right. Go down the avenue, till the main square. Park the car. I might be at the O CAFE DA PRACA during the day, just by the Pilorin.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
