The hotel is 45 km from the Arcos of Valdevez.
By Car:
- Take the A1 until the o Porto.
- Take the A3 in the direction of Valença, leaving in Arcs of Valdevez.
- Take the A28 until Viana, heading to Ponte de Lima through the A27, following for the IC28 until the Arcs of Valdevez (this passage does not have toll gate).
- Once in Vila dos Arcos you have to go round the roundabouts to access the village.
- Follow the signs for Gavieira.
- You will pass through Mezio end next you have to be aware of wooden signs, they will indicate your route.
- Once you are in the mountain do not turn to Soajo, at last you have one final sign to follow: Peneda or Sanctuary of Ours Lady of the Peneda (Santuário de Nossa Senhora da Peneda).
- Your course is winding and steep for at least 45 minutes (until you reach Hotel da Peneda).
