Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 20 per person per night.  Half board costs EUR 10 per night per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 12 years is charged EUR 15 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 35 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
