Travel information

Coming from the airport: Look for Porto Sul – A1 and take the exit named Boavista. Take the avenue until the roundabout and take the exit with the direction Centro. Follow this road until you reach the main avenue Avenida Dos Aliados. You should follow this avenue and turn into the second street to your right. Following this street, you will find the small square Praça D. Filipa De Lencastre, where the hotel is located on your left side (a rectangular pink building).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
