Located halfway between Lisbon and Porto, Quinta das Lágrimas is a pleasant location for meetings and other corporate events. The estate's different rooms (with capacities ranging from 15 to 350 people) allow for them to be used by small break-out groups at the same time. When it is time to play, the Quinta offers several entertainment alternatives ranging from the spa to the golf academy or to organised team-building activities around the garden and woods.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 46 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
