Whistly not a "resort" in the true sense of the word. The Funchal Ridge is well know as one of the most desirable residential areas between Lagos and Praia da Luz. It is rich in flora and fauna - a peaceful place for walking - and has lovely views to the bays of Lagos, Porto do Mos and Praia da Luz. Much of the the Funchal Ridge is still undeveloped flora and fauna abound and there are many lovely walks from the proprety.

A very quite and secluded area yet only 3 kms to all the facilities of Luz and Lagos.

Within 10 minutes drive trere are numerous beaches, many with water sports; golf at Palmares, Parque da Floresta and the new Quinta da Bela Vista Golf Course (500 metres) tennis; squash; riding. 

Lagos, with the marina, good shopping facilities, fabulous beaches, bars and discos is 3 kms; Praia da Luz - another sandy beach 3 km.

All the accomodation has terrace with furniture, kitchen or kitchenette equipped with electric burner, electric oven, cutlery and kitchen utensils, TV ans cd/radio/cassete player.

Included in the price: Electricity, water, maid service twice a week, changing of towells two times per week, weekly linen change, safe deposit box, use of the swimmingpool.
