Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 5 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
