Travel information

From the Airport: You can take the aerobus 91 to Restauradores Square for an additional charge. The ticket is valid all day on all modes of public transport. Alternatively, you can take the regular bus 44 or 45, or take a taxi. We are 5 minutes from the bus stop between the Gloria Elevator and Alegria Square.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 12 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 12 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
