Pensão Residencial Roma

Our first class Residencia Roma is located in the centre of Lisbon, very close to Restauradores Square. Our building has four floors (without elevator) and it offers 29 rooms and 12 apartments (with a capacity for 5/6 persons). All the rooms have a private bathroom, TV, air-conditioning, a phone and safety box, and the apartments also have a kitchenette. You can reach the bus stop, metro and train station within 5 minutes and the hotel is only 8km away from the airport. We accept groups until 40 pax in dbl/tws or multibeds. Travel information From the Airport: You can take the aerobus 91 to Restauradores Square for an additional charge. The ticket is valid all day on all modes of public transport. Alternatively, you can take the regular bus 44 or 45, or take a taxi. We are 5 minutes from the bus stop between the Gloria Elevator and Alegria Square.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
