Travel information

From the airport (Oporto) take the A3 (Oporto/Braga) Exit - Braga Sul Follow the signs Braga/Este/Chaves (N.103) After 1km you are going to pass "Carrefour" 1 Km after "Carrefour" pass the Petrol Station Repsol and turn to Chaves (don´t go on the tunnel or the round about) Go straight on under a tunnel and straight on again following the signs of Póvoa de Lanhoso. When you pass the crossroad to Póvoa de Lanhoso, drive 2km and turn to Amares (N205) . After 1,5km, at your left side, you will find the 1st sign of my house.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
