Baby cots free of charge for children under 2 years old do not include pillows or blankets. Special Condition for Spa Access: A daily entrance fee will apply to access all spa areas incl. outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Vitality Pool. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 23.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 3 to 11 years is charged EUR 60 per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 60 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
