Address Rua Padre José Jacinto Botelho 9675-061 Furnas (São Miguel - Açores)		Travel information As you leave the airport take the highway going to the northern part of the island (Ribeira Grande), continue until you reach the location of Vila Franca / Furnas. The first village you will find is Agua de Pau, continue onward until you get the location of Vila Franca, after Ribeira Seca then Furnas. When you arrive at Furnas you will see a gas station on your left, after turn to the left than first on your right, a 200 meters in front you will find the Hotel on the right side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 11 years are charged EUR 17 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 34 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
