We offer 20 spacious guestrooms with modern design furniture and large stylish bathrooms.We have two types of well-equipped rooms: 12 contemporary and cozy Deluxe rooms and 8 Suites with Jacuzzi, king sized beds, 2 TV sets, bathrobes. All rooms have the biggest beds in town (Double bed 180 x 210, Single Bed 110 x 210).

The hotel is located next to the Parliament Palace. Directions from Otopeni Airport: Follow direction City Centre, pass the Arch de Triumph. Stay on Soseaua Kiseleff to Piata Victoriei, take Calea Victoriei, cross Dambovita River and turn right. Follow Strada Izvor, the hotel will be on your right side.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
