Kranjska Gora is a wellknown tourist center, which retains its village atmosphere, situated in the heart of Julian Alps and Karavanke mountains close to Austrian and Italian borders. It is known as winter resort and it became very popular in the summer too, especially for guests who like walking, hiking, mountaineering, cycling, riding... In winter there are two international ski events: World Cup – men slalom and giant slalom, World Cup – ski jumping championship in Planica. Ski slopes are ideal for beginners and intermediates. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunch costs EUR 15 per person per night. Dinner costs EUR 15 per person per night.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.20 per night per person for cots. All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
