If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
