Lady Hamilton

With its genuinely personal touch, the Lady Hamilton Hotel is a romantic hotel in a fantastic location next to the Royal Palace in Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s Old Town. From here, most things are within strolling distance. This hotel combines both Swedish and English history in a heritage listed building dating from 1470 and is one of the most atmospheric choices in Stockholm's Old Town. The well in the cellar dating back to the 13th century is today used as plunge pool for guests to cool off in after the sauna. In commemoration of all women, Lady Hamilton Hotel launched the Lady Rooms, a concept where women reside in special single rooms that contain that little bit extra and a basket filled with surprises.

Rooms

The hotel’s intimate and romantic atmosphere is characterised by the antique wall cabinets, antique aquavit bottles and traditional folk art paintings from the Dalarna Province. As part of the rustic theme, all rooms are named after flowers that are the symbols of different Swedish provinces.

Travel information The Lady Hamilton Hotel is centrally located in Stockholm. From Arlanda Airport: Take a taxi (additional cost), or the Arlanda Express Train to Stockholm central station. From central station the hotel is 10 minutes distance on foot or one stop away towards "Gamla Stan" on the red or green southbound trains.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged SEK 175.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged SEK 375.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
