Area information

In winter or summer, the cable-cars from Adelboden and Lenk make the region one of the largest and most attractive snow sports and walking areas in Switzerland. Adelboden's "mountain of views", Tschentenalp, only seven minutes from the village centre by cabin lift, offers family-friendly skiing, sledging and walking.

Travel information

Adelboden lies in the heart of the Bernese Highlands at an altitude of 1350 metres in the midst of a unique 360° panorama. We are only 20 minutes from Lake Thun by car. There is a bus service to Adelboden starting from Frutigen station. In the village itself, the use of the car is unnecessary because of the public transport system. Parking and garage in the hotel

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
