Travel information

For a comfortable arrival we recommend you the "Rhätische Bahn". In only 2 1/2 hour from Zurich directly to Arosa. There are the station our bus will pick you up. Arrival by train: International trains to Chur, than by "RHB-Arosa train comfortably in 60 minutes to Arosa. Arrival by car: From Chur in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road upward (30 km, 360 curves, 1320 meter elevator difference). By plane: Zurich-Airport, with Intercity to Chur, than by RHB-Arosa train comfortably in 60 minutes to Arosa.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 55.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 66.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
