First class house. Quiet, sunny and central position. Rooms with a panoramic view over Ascona and the lake or in Villa garden side. Garden with heated swimming-pool is at every guest's disposal. Conditions: heated swimming pool and park included. Sauna Fr. 18.-. Fitness room, solarium and bikes free of charge. All our rooms were fully refurbished in 2003. Check-in 13 a.m. / Check.out 11 a.m.

Travel information

To access the hotel is very easy. At the end of the main street leading to Ascona turn right and drive up to the Monte Verita. At the very first turn you will see the drive in to our Parking, where you will find a lift which will take you up to the reception.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
