From the central station (Bahnhof SBB): - Take Tram no 1 in the direction of Dreirosenbrücke - Get off at the 5th stop called Birmannsgasse - Walk down the street called Birmannsgasse until you reach the Missionsstrasse - Turn left to Missionsstrasse 21. From Basel Badischer Bahnhof (train station) or Messe Basel (Basel fairs and congresses): - Take bus no 30 - Get off at Spalentor - Walk 200 metres to Missionsstrasse 21. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 60 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
