Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 28.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
