If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.70 city/tourist tax per stay is included.
